2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

Broker API credentials — never collected, never transmitted to our servers. Handled entirely locally on your machine.
Market data / order book data — your market depth logs stay on your local machine, encrypted. We do not receive them.
Trading history — we have no visibility into your trades, positions, or P&L.
Payment card/UPI details — handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI-DSS certified). We never see your card number.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To create and manage your account
To verify and enforce your subscription license
To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, expiry reminders, TOS updates)
To comply with GST filing obligations
To investigate and resolve support requests and complaints
To improve the product (using anonymised, aggregated usage data only)

We do NOT use your data for: advertising, profiling, automated decision-making that affects your rights, selling to third parties, or any purpose not listed above.

4. DATA SHARING

We share your data only with:

Razorpay — payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
Cloud infrastructure provider — our servers are hosted on [CLOUD PROVIDER e.g., AWS/GCP/DigitalOcean]. We use standard data processing agreements with our infrastructure providers.
Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or legitimate regulatory demand.

TradeInDepthPro is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are under 18, do not use this product.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be notified via email and/or an in-app notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
